What is DWD Contact Manager?

The DWD Contact Manager is a simple CRM software package which enables small businesses to store and retrieve customer records and customer interactions. Contact Manager helps you keep track of phone calls, emails, letters and sales etc with your customers using a powerful search facility. The aim of Contact Manager is to help you manage your customer communication records with greater ease and efficiency.

How does Contact Manager Work?

Contact Manager allows you to set up a record for each of your customers, with details such as name, address, telephone numbers and email addresses. Then whenever you interact with a customer, you record the interactions date, subject, how the communications was made, and whether it was an incoming or outgoing interaction. This enables you to keep a highly searchable communication history for each individual customer. Contact Manager also produces a report of all communications that require some form of follow up.

Contact Manager is intended primarily for small businesses that need to keep track of hundreds of customers, and thousands of interactions. DWD Contact Manager is a desktop database which runs on a standalone PC. It is user friendly as well as being easy to learn and quick to set up.

DWD Contact Manager has been built using the Microsoft Office Access 2007 development environment. You do not need Access 2007 itself to run this software, but you will need to install Access Runtime available free from this website.
